Prime location right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access shops and dining. The restaurant offered a decent evening meal that was better than expected.
The room ran hot, with only a small fan to cool it down, which made for an uncomfortable night. The decor felt outdated, showing signs of wear such as stains on the carpet and a broken TV bracket. Parking options were frustrating. the hotel's lot felt cramped, and the alternative multistory next door was a better choice but charged extra. Sound travels easily, so be prepared for creaky floors and potential disturbances from neighboring rooms.

Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed exploring the New Forest and even tried the Go Ape course – such an adrenaline rush! The hotel location is super convenient, with interesting local spots just a short walk away. Staff were great and really helpful, which made our stay even better. Breakfast was top-notch, too!
The only downside was the bathroom situation. It felt cramped and the shower area was a bit too small and poorly designed. Definitely needs some improvement.

The central location was 🔑 for our trip, making it easy to explore! Room had character, but the loud bar across the street made sleep tough. just okay.

I stayed in a lovely Privilege Room, and it was really cozy. The bed was super comfortable, and the room had a nice size to it. Decor was charming, giving off a unique vibe. Although the furniture was a tad old, it didn't bother me much. The biggest downside was the noise from nearby nightlife, but they provided earplugs, which was thoughtful! it made for a pleasant stay.

Ideal spot for a family getaway
So, we had a pretty good time here. The breakfast was awesome, definitely a highlight, like an all-you-can-eat buffet! ! And the staff were super friendly too, especially this one girl at the reception.
It was a bit pricey, but nothing too outrageous.

Character-filled Stay with Some Concerns
Charming atmosphere at this hotel, but our room in the old stable block needed serious TLC. Enjoyed a hearty breakfast at the on-site restaurant, though. For future guests, request a room in the main building for a better experience.
